In terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”), GlobalMSP (Pty) Ltd is required to compile and make available a manual describing the categories of records it holds and the process for requesting access to them.
This manual sets out how to submit a request for access to information held by GlobalMSP, the applicable procedures, and the contact details of our Information Officer. You can download the current version below.
